Individual who walked away from the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office Electronic Monitoring Program taken into custody

Jason Anthony Alicea Pagan, 41, of Winthrop, was taken into custody this evening in Boston following a search by members of the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office (MSO) and Boston Police Department.
The search for Pagan, who was in the MSO’s Electronic Monitoring Program (EMP), began this morning – Monday, October 18 – after it was determined he was not at his required locations.
Pagan is currently serving a sentence for assault and battery on a family or household member. He was set for release in June 2022.
