Depositing funds

Incarcerated individuals can use funds to purchase canteen items including toiletries, clothing and food.

Funds may be deposited at the Visitor Center kiosk between 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. You can also place funds on an account by visiting www.accesscorrections.com or by calling 1-866-345-1884. For your convenience the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office now accepts MasterCard and Visa.

Canteen Packages

Family and friends may purchase canteen packages for incarcerated individuals. Incarcerated inviduals are allowed two (2) packages per month not to exceed $125.

To place an order, you may visit www.middlesexpackages.com. You may also call 1-800-546-6283 (Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. & Saturday from 11 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST).

Obtaining funds post-release

Incarcerated individuals can collect left-over funds by calling 978-667-1711 and contacting the Canteen Department at extensions 3270, 3239, or 3290. After providing an accurate address Canteen will mail a check made out to the individual’s name. Individuals cannot collect funds in person at the facility.
