Addressing Mail

When addressing mail to an incarcerated individual, please do the following (Effective Aug. 1, 2024:

Individual's full name (and ID Number if available)

Inmate Name & ID #
C/O Securus Digital Mail Center - Middlesex
PO Box 25555
Tampa, FL 33622

Please make sure you have placed a handwritten return address on the top left corner of the envelope. You should not write or place anything else on the outside of the envelope. Ensure proper postage as it will be returned to you by the Post Office if there is an insufficient amount.
