Framingham Rape Suspect Returned to Face Charges

Octaviano Boche, 48, of Framingham, has been returned to Massachusetts to face a charge of rape of a child by force, Middlesex Sheriff Peter J. Koutoujian, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan, Acting Framingham Police Chief Steven Trask and Massachusetts State Police Colonel Kerry Gilpin announced today.

Members of the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office Warrant Apprehension Unit (W.A.U.) returned Boche to Massachusetts this evening from Tarrant County, Texas where he had been held since his August 23 arrest by authorities at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.  The arrest came as a result of an investigation launched by Framingham Police and supported by the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office W.A.U. and Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section (VFAS), with the assistance of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Boche is scheduled to be arraigned Friday, September 7 in Framingham District Court.
